Seems like he's been shelved for good
And speaking of AGT, it would be nice to get Geordi too & even though she wasn't changed, another version of Tasha to complete the original line up

I think it'd be poignant to go with him watching the sunrise. That was an important moment in his life, and a plot point in the film.
Also, mention of movie-era Geordi obliges me to again argue Lt. Commander La Forge should be a Timelines Original because LeVar Burton had no facial hair in First Contact.
Professor Data lost his tenure.
