FleetBossBattle Battle not starting but Valor decreases

After 2 sucessful battles clearing combos my last 2 tries to attack the boss got stuck.
The loading screen came up and then nothing happend.
The valor count went down in this unsuccessful tries.
I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Android 8

    I am getting the same thing. I've lost 2 valor already. It is not worth a ticket for me, but also it is pointless for me to attempt participation until this is fixed.

    Same issues in my fleet. Quite often battles freeze right after the start(well mostly they don t start at all) and often ppl lose valor out of it. Not fun!

    I heard reports of it all over different Discord servers, so its not a device issue.

    Just froze for me when I tried to use it on iOS, Brutal level.

    This has happened to me as well. I'm on iOS and the difficulty is Nightmare.

    It looks like this is happening by using the unfreeze feature from within the FBB interface, so far no problems unfreezing the old fashioned way and manually adding crew to ships.

    We are seeing many instances if this in my fleet. It just happened to me too, I'm running andoid on ultra nightmare

    I can't tell you what crew because I don't use the frankly poorly designed interface within FBB to do it. But I've got reports from 6 different fleet members all running, what? 6x4=24 different crew plus two or three different ships among them. The only commonality is they all used the unfreeze feature from within the FBB UI.

    Edit: I have one report of a fleetmate doing it manually and getting stuck. But that's the only one. Some are saying that they used the unfreeze feature and not only did it eat their valor and then lock up, but it also ate their merits and DID NOT unfreeze the crew.

    Just tried my other account on facebook and completed 4 battles no problem

    I used unfreezed crew. In my fleet same thing, has nothing to do with the unfreeze feature.

    No unfreezing involved.
