I thought the same, and it feels a bit anti-personal with it just being a "community" account vs a named account which made me think bot a bit more but in truth I don't think so. Just was my initial gut throught.

Nancy is not a bot . It is her first day. She joined our community in sensitive time. There were a lot of messages regarding TP layoffs, status of game etc. Her messages related to sensitive topics are formal, professional, clear in the attempt to remove speculations, misinterpret. Serious topics with impact on many people have to be treated in a serious way to transmit trust, commitment.
Last weeks were not easy for all of us: players, those who were fired, those who remained & had to take over & move forward. A bit a patience with each other would be beneficial.

Hello Nancy, I do have some concern regarding the news about Tilting Point. A lot of investment has been made by players for the game to succeed. Do you have any encouraging words to assure the community as a whole that our invested time has not been in vain? And welcome onboard.

I've been keeping statistics about the game for nearly seven years now, and I'm glad to see you working to make the game a fun place to be for everyone. If you really want to reassure us that the game designers care about us, remove the poison pill from voyages. They recently demonstrated that they can change the voyage rewards at any time. Remove the random rations. It is conceivable that someone thought them useful at one time. But they are horrible and unpredictable. There is no benefit financially to getting rid of them, but it would show us you care about us. It is just evidence that they don't care that they keep them in. I challenge anyone to honestly tell me they would prefer them to a 4* crew. They aren't like the schematics which are predictable and repeatable.
If the game designers want to demonstrate good will and a desire to care about the players, that would go a long way. We get a lot of talk, but very few meaningful fixes.
