    i'm also having this issue. i had some specialist missions open during the phase change (i'm in PST)

    edit: I opened the event and the dialogue triggered, it cleared after that, i'm able to progress now.

    This seems to have worked for me, as well. Had to exit the event screen, since clicking "Enter Event" from there did nothing to solve the issue. But going back to the main screen, then clicking "Event Hub" and then "View Event", it brought me to the missions where I am now able to play.

    Still not sure if the ones I had running prior to the phase change were counted towards my VP, as I didn't get a chance to collect them before then, since I started them before going to sleep.
