Screen Tearing via Steam/Windows Store Versions

Anybody see weird tearing when scrolling shipyard up and down your ships and even in the crew portal scrolling left and right?

I have not played since beginning of last year but I don't recall this happening.

Intel 12700k, 3080fe.
