I have a very picky technical question: at what exact point does the crew you're using get compared to the current open nodes? I've had a couple of experiences lately where after the battle, the "combo chain activated" screen appears and then crew that I or a fleetmate was trying for nodes on that tier turns out to have solved a node on the new tier by chance so I'm just wondering what the sequencing is.

Or reset the rewards and let us start at level 1 again. I'd pay dilithium for that option.

Been a couple of decades since I saw that one.....

Thinking about it, the best chance the dominion had for a detailed scan of alpha quadrant species was in The Search (S3, E1&2), when they had the crew in that not-holodeck. But Kira wasn't there, just humans, a Trill and a Romulan. So that might explain why they chose human anatomy, they had more comprehensive data to work with.

It's a better explanation than lazy writing, anyway.

Bajorans are humanoids. The only difference between them & humans is their nose
I don't think it' sa stretch to say that they have the same necessary organs

What is more is that Odo actually based his look on a Bajoran - Mora Pol
The fact that Odo could never get a regular nose right, imagine getting the Bajoran version done!

I've been binging DS9 & recently watched that episode

Odo was put on trial for killing another Founder - th first time for that to happen
Found guilty, his punishment was to remain a solid
"Perhaps we should have killed him, it would have been far less cruel"

As for making him human, Bashir said he had heart lungs, & a digestive sytem. It's as if he were..human"

I imagine Bajorans have all those too

The Founders I strongly imagine kept him the way he was as a reminder of where he came from & can never change that(at that time) as more punishment

I think he belongs in inspiring for his actions/motives
