Sound on Ads

Is it possible to have these new ads receiving a "mute" button like before. I have no issue with the ads themselves but I play STT with the sound off and often listen to a book while playing so if an ad from McDonalds suddenly have some dude blaring in my ear it is pretty obnoxious.
