The patch notes are identical to 3.0.0... the only thin I see is a new app icon. Anyone have any idea what and why this version?

Gotta love that "attention to detail" on updates they spoke about. What localized fixes were done? People with issues that these "fixes"... well... fix... would probably like to know that they won't have the issue OR at least they can test it out to see if it's fixed.
A fix that would let those of us with broken missions finally complete them would be the best fix ever.
