Hi guys, help required!

Choice of Mintakan Riker, Falcon O'Brien, Duellist Torres

I do not have any stars on any of them at the moment.

I'd say I have more need of Eng than the other stats on offer here but it's only a tertiary for O'Brien.

Falcon O'Brien has very good Security Base for shuttles and one I would like to unlock his 1/5 stats are decent enough to be useful but his Eng is nominal.

Thanks to two Falcon falls packs in quick succession I have a 4/5 Mintaken Riker and he is pretty decent for both voyages and shuttles.

But if you need ENG then perhaps Duelist Torres might be worth it but more likely in the long run, not immediately.

Falcon O'Brien has one of (if not the) highest base skill security in the game. Grab him.
