My Skirmish blunder

I have Mirror Spock immortalized. But I forgot about my Captain Scott 4F who is just taking up space.
I ran two different crew sets on the skirmish using a maxed IKS T'Ong
First I started with Mirror Spock, T'Kuvma, T'Mir, and Breen Dukat. (Only no Eng so no passive bonuses for that slot) all immortalized. Switched to Mirror Spock, Breen Dukat, T'Mir and Killy(1FFE) all slots passive bonus.
However, I should have used Captain Scott over Mirror Spock I was waiting until about 3 seconds to trigger Spock.
Edit: in these pics my favored crew (not legendaries) are the first to hit the ice box if I need a crew slot.
Also the excess crew are single superrare duplicates( actually one can be fused). I have 9 FF superrare dupes I have not leveled. As well as, 6 3F superrares not leveled. And, 3 2F superrares not leveled. Also, 1F dupe Mintakan Riker not leveled.
Dil. is VIP dil. from purchases, as well as, dil. explicitly in offers. I do keep a monthly pass. I only spend dil. on two extra Thursday's cadet challenges and on extending voyages.
Occasionally. I speed up a voyage and rarely I speed up shuttles. My expenditure is probably about 800 dil. a week.
I view dil. as money one cent to one dil. I do not see x10 packs being worth $6.50.
Maybe in the future I will see dil. worth less money. But my hope is DB will eventually start offering x10 pack specials for less dil.
