Ads are broken - stealing from the players

This has happened twice in a row now. I ad warp a mission, it plays the ad and finishes. I close out of the ad, it goes back to the mission screen, and the orange ad warp button is still active. I click on the ad warp button again and I get the error message saying that my internet connection is down.

I press ok, the the ad button is gone.

Net outcome: I watched an ad, DB gets $, and we get zilch.

Submitted a ticket... Waiting for my response in 3-4 weeks.

    I didn't view it that way, but i'd have to say over the past month I have wasted probably a half hour to an hour of my life opening ads on my ipad only to be screwed at the end with nothing to show for my time. It would be different if I could at least close the failed ad, but I have to restart the game every fricken time!

    That's exactly why I'm raising this issue. There are various bugs with ads, most of which have favorable workarounds.

    In this case, it isn't.

    Luckily my next ad wasn't borked like this. We'll see what happens going forward.

    Don't forget some have data usage charges so it actually costs more than time wasted watching ads that give no rewards.
