Voyage crew selection

I feel like such a n00b for not noticing this before (and I've been playing a year and a half), but for anyone else out there n00bing it up like me, there's a nice way of filtering crew when selecting them for voyages.
When you select a voyage ship slot, the crew list pops up. If you then choose a filter, it will show the crew with that skill just like on the normal crew management screen, but it will filter it so that it only shows crew that also have the trait selected on the voyage slot.
For example, if I select an engineering slot on the voyage, and then choose the medical filter when the crew list pops up, I only see Changeling Bashir. Most other combinations are not as extreme, but it illustrates the point. It makes it much easier to find crew members who can properly fill a slot while also having the primary or secondary trait.
