Amazon Purchases Showing As Locked

I've seen others post about this in the past. I don't normally purchase through Amazon, but had a gift card. Everything that is purchasable is showing as Locked. (will add screen shot).

As far as I can tell, in-app purchasing is enabled on my Amazon account.

    Ignore this. I switched from work wifi to phone hotspot and it unlocked. So it might have been something blocked by my works firewall.
