Stuck Shuttles

I had 4 stuck Federation shuttles....during the event.....losing me rank at the end. I thought it was only an event issue. So after the event....I sent out 4 more Federation shuttles....now they are also stuck.
Anyone else....having these issues...and how did DB help you out?

    Never had shuttles get stuck. Voyages, yes, but not shuttles.

    To elaborate a little, he's saying that whenever he sends federation faction missions they become stuck.

    To my knowledge DB haven't actually fixed this bug for anyone who has gotten it. And this particular version of the stuck shuttle bug has been known to them since at least April.

    Happened to me last Christmas during the Mirror Crusher event. Event crew stuck on shuttles so I was unable to use them during the expedition phase of the event. I sent in a ticket but because of the holiday, the event was over before it was answered. I was told my only compensation was the 6 extra expedition tickets that were sent to everyone.
