Fractured past recipe error?

I’ve never seen this before, is a fractured past supposed to have the exact same build recipe for 2 different items, or was there some cut and paste error here?

Was there a thread on the Bridge? I suspect anyone with some wits would simply skip this recipe, and its sort of a minor issue
