Create a new voyage dilemma with three options.
Option A always awards a random 4* crew.
Option B always awards a 4* "Prisoner Seven", from the episode "Body and Soul", skills Tech and Sci.
Option C always awards a 4* "Seductive Doctor", skills Med and Sci.
Options B and C will always award a Seven or Doctor, even if the player already has them, so that stars can be added to the crew,
Combining a 4/4 Prisoner with a 1/4 Seductive would produce a 1/5 Doctor Seven, skills Med, Tech, Sci, or possibly Dip.
This could even be the second of a two parter, similar to the Gorn dilemma. The First part decides whether the second part offers option B or C.
