@Shan - Eventually was able to get it to work on Facebook. Was unable to do it through my phone or iPad. Thanks for checking back.

I now have the same issue on my amazon Fire HD8. No matter what i try to buy, same error.

What worked for me:

Uninstall the game
New install
Log in with DB ID and password
Re start.
