Completing the rainbow #3: Picard

What is a rainbow, you ask? A rainbow is a collection at each rarity for a particular crew, in this case, Jean-Luc Picard.

Continuing on with the previous discussion, Picard needs a rare version (3 Star) to have a version at each rarity level.

I have some ideas.

How about 18th century Picard from Time’s Arrow?

Alternatively, how about Prisoner Picard from Chain of Command?

Finally, how about EV suit Picard from First Contact?

Which variant do you think would make a good rare Picard variant?

I feel like Prisoner Picard was a legend. Even though he had limited abilities in the episode, it would be a crime to make that version of him anything less that legendary.

EV Suit Picard did some nice work with the Borg, so I'd like to see him as a super-rare.

That leaves 18th c. Picard, who was semi-lame, so that could work.

But here's another idea: how about Tourist Picard (on Risa), to add to the swimsuit collection.
