Please add a ship check to the "Sail the Starry Skies" offer.

There's no point offering players schematics for ships they've already finished.

I've got the money and you're offering me more of something I don't need. This offer shouldn't come up if even one of the three ships in it are max level. Each maxed ship of the three a player has makes this offer less worthwhile.

    It comes up for some folks who have all the ships on offer maxed out. The AI definitely ought to be smart enough not to offer it then.

    Or at least be smart enough to offer ships that haven’t been around forever. They are most likely the ones people have maxed. Offer newer ships. Ones not likely to be maxed

    Or just kill this offer entirely. Ship schematics feel way overvalued in both offers and the portal.
