Tilly's base engineering is very good for shuttles.


Plus, you just know there will be another Discovery Mega come early next year.

I guess it depends on crew space because extra stars are difficult to come by. If you had space though, her stats are too good to pass on.

Yeah, Tilly is a solid pick. I happen to have Moset immortalized, and yes, it’s a big deal, because I am mostly restricted to monthly card buys. I don’t have many fused legendary cards outside of the mega event almost-freebies, and I *still* used three citations to get Moset maxed out. I have no regrets...he’s still my top MED in combined skill (yes, he edges both Cornwell and DM Bashir), but by almost any individual metric, he’s obsolete. When the game released he was a total beast, but that advantage has been chipped away over time. Now he is “merely” a very good card—great to have, but not indispensable. If I still had him 2/5 today, I’m less sure that he’d be my top priority.

Tilly is main cast, and is guaranteed to pay dividends over time. You can bet your bottom dollar (which DB would love to see, btw) that there will be Discovery events during season 2, and beyond. It’s why I dropped my plans to add 2 citations to finish my 3/5 Phoenix Cochrane, and am now working to immortalize my Captain Killy. She’s plainly going to be a more useful card down the stretch.

Madred is also a very solid card and comes from a fantastic TNG episode. But as he is not a recurring cast member, suffers some utility limitations. And unlike Moset you don’t already have him at 2/5, so he’s a long term project right out of the gates.

Cadet Tilly’s only real downside is that she’s a 2 skill character, so she’s less desirable for voyages. But being a tech specialist (ENG/SCI are great skills that most crews are likely short on) makes up for some of that. Also, she’s one of the best things about Discovery, so if you need to beef up your crew for the next disco inferno, this is a not annoying way to go about that.

No the only reason it was hard because I been trying to get more stars for moset he never comes up. Now I had to pick between a crew I want and a crew a need. (And FYI killy is better than Tilly lol) I'm a fan of discovery. I'm only missing one now.

I still haven't gotten not one shinzon!! He is my favorite bad guy. I know his stats aren't awesome but I still want him.
