Is anyone else's Voyage timer running slow?

I set my timer for 10 minutes but only 1-2 minutes passed on the voyage.

Your ship is close to a black hole.

Exit the voyage screen to the galaxy map, and go back in, it might resync. Also if the time is on a two hour dilemma mark, it might be stuck on the dilemma.
