Greetings, Captains!
In a previous communique we announced the new Battle Arena Rewards for September. We want to clarify when this change will take place from now on, as this process has undergone some improvement to ensure a better and more consistent experience for our players.
Battle Arena Rewards will now automatically change on the 1st of each month, at 00:00 UTC! For North America and South America time zones this means the change will effectively happen on the last day of the previous month.
This new process introduces regularity for this feature, and players will no longer need to wait for an in-game mail confirming that the new rewards are live.
One thing to remember: unclaimed Battle Arena Rewards will be affected. If you are aiming for a particular ship make sure to collect the rewards on time, prior to the change taking place, or your unclaimed rewards will turn into the updated rewards.
