With the Nelix's and Duras sisters and a 3* Tuvok from a Voyage. I was able to level Tuvix to 3* and the Duras Sisters to 2*.

A pretty average ten pack; shame they were no golds in there but alas, quite normal. I have opened 20 packs without a Gold; RND is not kind sometimes.

Ya I have opened plenty with nothing and in a 10 pack once I got 3 really high end legendaries. Generally if I get 1 legendary per 10 pack I am pretty happy.

Especially with Dax being bonus crew this time around.

That was an option, but I wanted the other crew more than I wanted to FF Tuvok or 1701 Dax. Especially since Tuvox isn't that highly leveled yet.
