Dilemma Notifications Have Never Been Accurate

So, it looks as though the coding is in place to alert when a Dilemma is in danger of failing, but the timing is a bit off...
The message appeared just before the 4hr Dilemma at 3h 56m with 2257 AM available... don’t think it will be failing for at least another 2 1/2 hours!!!
During a Voyage, I usually get notified at the correct time when a Dilemma is waiting. However, this message also appears during recall timer as well. DB’s notification system outside the game (at least on iOS) has never been coded well.

I just set numerous alarms on my phone to alert me throughout the day. We've posted this on the engineering board back at the voyages launch with no reply.
