Fleet member list is blank

Since the update, when go into starbase, the fleet member listing is blank. I tried all the different sorts (default, Event rank, etc..). Left up for over an hour to see if would finally load with no luck. Restarted phone and game multiple times. Same issue from two different android devices.

I find that if you click on the blank screen and scroll it pops up.

If it's like it's been for most of us after the update it loads once you actually try and scroll/touch it.
