Legendary Behold Help: Mirror T'pol, Borg Queen, Mintakan Riker

This is the first Legendary Behold I've gotten. Any tips on who to take?

Mirror T'pol - Im kinda leaning towards her. But I have Surak and he has the same stat combo, and his Gauntlet numbers are all just a little bit better than hers. She would be my second 5* Science and a helpfull addition on voyages and Shuttle Missions with a Sci + Command combo.

Borg Queen - She's got a great base Command number, one of the highest in the game, as well as what looks like one of the highest Voyage totals in the game. And I like the Borg. She really only has one good Gauntlet score which would be my new highest Command roll. But I do already have two other 5* Command characters, Commander Kira Nerys (who does beat out Borg Queens base Command stat and EV Suit Archer.

Mintakan River - He is a 5* Security character with 3 stats. So he would be usefull to me on voyages and shuttle missions as Seus Mahna Sarek is my only other 5* Security or 4* Security with three stats for that matter. My other top security characters are a 1* Mirror Jadzia Dax, a 2* Klingon Neelix and a 4* Ikatika from the recent dominion mega event. Riker does have a good Gauntlet Security roll but only a Security roll. And he is a main cast character who is a lot better than my 3* Riker. It seems like there are lots of better 5* Security characrers than Mintakan Riker though. But I very rarely get to see or choose any of them.

I welcome any and all thoughts on the matter. So, let me know what you think. I'd also be curious to know if any of them are good in the Battle Arena? Thanks in advaance for your help.

I would personally go with mirror T’Pol.I did not research the numbers But I fell in love with her during enterprise. If I liked her before the two mirror universe Enterprise episodes I was definitely in love after.

Yeah Borg Queen. T’Pol is my favorite Trek character but as you have seen, her skills are identical to Surak, which you already have. I have them both and T’Pol is merely Surak lite. In Voyages, on shuttles, and in gauntlet

I would go Borg Queen. She is suited to gauntlet and voyages. And while I have command crew, they are not my strongest.

I have mintaken Riker at 4/5 and his sec base is still woefully low, good for voyages and sometimes I use him in gauntlet when his traits match up.

I would pick queen because she is probably highest ranking out of them for voyages and if you have to stack a CMD voyage - she will give you a much needed boost even at 1/5 because of her proficiency being high.

I do like the mirror t'pol card but she's a bit mediocre on the stats front.

I’m going to also jump on the BQ hype train. Although she’s been around since the very first mega event she is still far and away my best COM base crew and still only just behind Mirror Picard in combined COM skill. Her tertiary skill is also more more useful for voyages than Mintakan Riker’s.

SawBones- that's a kool app that let you pull up the crew stats like that. I'm not complaining but I wish it had their ship abilities as well. Whats the link?

-She would be my second rare science and permanent voyage crew, even freeing up Surak for Shuttle duty.
-And wouldn't running both her and Surak in a gauntlet at the same time be pretty dominant. She does have three high gauntlet scores and a bunch of abilities.


IronDave, DavideB and Dirk- I know Borg Queen does have high Command but my Commander Kira has a higher command score 860 419 193 and I have EV Suit Archer 820 300 430. Borg Queen does have higher secondary stats though and her Total Voyage score.
-Yes, her Gauntlet Command roll is high but it cant touch, the 5* Picard and Kahless that everyone is running now and dominate the top Gauntlet rankings so I don't think she'll help me in the Gauntlet that much, epically since she doesn't have any back up rolls to speek of.
-Taking her would mean i have three 5* Command base yes crew even though they would all be some of the best.

I guess this is my dilemma. And realistically, will I ever get another chance to add either of them to my crew???

I'd go with the Borg Queen. I have both her and EV Suit Archer and I use her far more often on voyages than I do Archer. Also keep in mind that it's not a lock in Gauntlet if someone has Picard or Kahless. On the rare occasions I play the Gauntlet I've used Picard, and he had been beaten by the Queen. In other words, the numbers don't tell the whole story here.

Now, as to the chance of getting them again, you apparently weren't around when everyone received a copy of EV Suit Archer for an Archer event. That's ok, and I wouldn't worry about getting him again. Worry about adding stars to the Queen instead through citations.

Strephon- I'm not worried about getting Archer. I did get him when they handed him out. I'm concerned that with taking a third command character, the Borg Queen, I'll be overloading my crew slots with the Command skill and miss an opportunity to add some Science to my voyages as well as what looks like a very strong Gauntlet character in Mirror T'pol.
But maybe going heavy on the Command isn't a bad thing. If I'm not mistaken, command is required on more Shuttle Missions than Science.

I'm surprised that no one has commented on or compared the Borg Queen to Commander Kira Nerys.

Okay, knowing that you have some stout commanders does change things a bit. With that in mind, Mirror T’Pol would not be a bad choice. I liken it to when Surak came out and I already had Yarnek...two powerful crew with the same primary skill is better than one.

I would also like to go on record and say that I think BQ is horrible for the gauntlet. Even before the advent of Mirror Picard, Enabran Tain, and Revolutionary Damar, I sent Mirror Kirk or T’Kuvma as my gauntlet COM specialist to avoid the Queen’s awful secondary skill and embarrassingly bad tertiary skill. I would not choose her now unless she had a 45% or 65% crit bonus. She is great for voyages and shuttles but that's it.

The reason I mentioned T’Pol being exactly like Surak was if you are looking for variety. Take gauntlet for instance. Surak’s abound in gauntlet. I choose him always no matter what but when the traits give me a 45% for T’Pol and Surak it’s hard to choose both when their skills are the same. Voyages not so much as their are two choices for each skill. For what it’s worth I do have both immortalized so I myself did not choose to not have one over the other. They are both quite useful to me.

That's easy: you should evaluate the average skill rating, not the base value. Commander Kira Nerys has 1545, Borg Queen has 1600. Actually, she holds the second place after Captain Lorca. EV Suit Archer has 1496. You can of course go without the Borg Queen, but if you really want high skill value for the voyages, you'll want the best.
Also, you should always analyze the collections. Kira Nerys is Veteran, Archer is Jury Rigger, and Borg Queen is Borg, which is much more difficult to obtain than Veteran or Jury Rigger. There are only 17 Borgs, and you'll have to collect 10 of them!

Just wanted to follow up, say Thank You and let everyone know that I finally wound up choosing the Borg Queen. In the end my logic was this. Borg Queen is at the top of the list when it comes to Command. And in the long run I am gonna want 4-6 crew of each skill. So what if my Voyage Science skill is a little low now, I can increase it later. But I'll be stacked on Command permanently. Not to mention her long term Voyage Total number, she can unlock and crit a couple of nodes, she's a Borg and I like her Battle Arena +325% Damage ability. Mirror T'pol could not offer all that.

And to top it off, after selecting the Queen I immediately got a Super Rare Behold as the 10th pull of a 10 pull premium pack and snagged a Mirror Phlox! Woohoo!!!

After being away from the captain's chair for a few days while I made my decision on the Queen I logged back in to discover a Dancing Checkov in my mail box. Thanks DB.

Then today I popped open a couple single pull premium packs to complete the daily mission and promptly got another 5* Behold!

Mesketeer La Forge, Admiral Nechayev, Garik, Elim Garak.

This time I think the choice is a bit easier. I only have Suus Mahna Sarek as 5* Security, so I would happily add one of the highest Security skills in the game to my crew. Not to mention he's La Forge, has a high secondary Engineering skill, a great Security Roll, good traits and what looks to be an awesome Battle Arena skill.
I was considering Admiral Nechayev for her Gauntlet Rolls, which are outstanding, but it seems like if I really want to compete for the top spots in the Gauntlet then I'm gonna need to use Honor and buy Khaless the Unforgettable. Anyone disagree with this?

I did buy Khaless before mirror Picard but since mirror Picard has come around there isn't a huge difference between the 2, I would buy 2 legendary citations instead of Khaless.

Kahless isn’t as critical to have in the gauntlet as he was when he first came out. Mirror Picard, Enabran Tain, and Revolutionary Damar have served me very well in the gauntlet thus far.

I think my main point though is that it never hurts to have varied cmd crew it’s both need on voyages and shuttles. For example my options are Commander Kira, Emperor Georgiou, EV Archer, Gangster Kirk, Mirror Picard, Admiral Nechayev, Polywater Yar and Queen Guinevere the later 2 I still need to level up although Yar will be replaced with Killy most likely soon. But the point is if I had a similar behold I may well still opt for Borg Queen aswell.
