Hmmm. Apparently I had Prof Sato on a shuttle but the game allowed me to assign her to the voyage too, then choked when I tried to launch it. I noticed earlier that crew assignments in shuttles were being missed with an “error- item already assigned” or some such message. 6.0 apparently has some problems with recognizing unavailable crew.
