HELP! Every In-Game Message gets censored

As a squad leader I'm faced with a huge problem: everything I type in-game gets censored and replaced with #'s. It doesn't matter what I type, even single characters get replaced ... everywhere, Universe, Fleet, Squad. Restarting the app didn't help. What can be done?!

@ Where No Man Has Joined Before: Sorry everybody, the game is seriously broken at the moment for me :-(

    We're working on this. Are you able to provide details on which words, phrases you're seeing specifically get hashed out? Or is it everything? At least in Universe Chat, it seems selective.

    Update: Ticket has been opened...

    Everything gets hashed out, even single characters like "a", "1", etc. Tried fleet, squad, universe. Everytime the result is #

    Update: problem seem to have been solved. I could successfully post on all three chats. But the word IDIC still gets censored to ####. Funny. Why?
