The frustration for your customers is that you do not listen to them. Had my suggestions quoted above been implemented then the issues listed below would far less likely occur. Doing what I ask will save customers time and DB time and embarrassment.

The database source that is referred to, that would result in the Cryostatus vault highlights, would be the same as that which is used to assign bonuses in shuttle missions. Ergo many mistakes would be identified prior to the initiation of an event. The bonuses should be visible on instantiation of the event.
Mistakes happen. Easily preventable mistakes should not.
