Event ranked rewards bugged

I will not blame the player for my mistakes

Rank 1: 5 premium portal pulls
Rank2-3: 0 pulls
Rank4-10: 5 premium portal pulls
Rank11-25: 5 premium pulls
Rank26-75: 0 pulls
Rank76-100: 7 premium pulls

I thought ranked rewards were cumulative?
7 pulls give more honer than 0 or 5, thus 75 or higher don't really give that much better rewards.

Consider 5 1x pulls to be half of a 10x pull.

Rank 1 - 2.5-10x pulls
Rank 2-3 - 2-10x pulls
Rank 4-10 - 1.5-10x pulls

and so on


Only the crew rewards are cumulative. The rest increase in quantity.

The rewards are not truly cumulative. Otherwise someone who ranked 1001-1500 would get 10 copies of the super rare crew. It was done so that if you ranked in the top 1k you would get the 5*, 4*, and 3*. Also if you ranked high enough to get the 4* crew you would also get the 3* crew. This was done because a long time ago people would tank their position to try and get the 4/4* crew instead of a 1/5* crew.
