Lost Account
I recently had to conduct a complete reboot on my phone. I then started a new STT game, and submitted a ticket to customer support for assistance to retrieve my other account. Level 49, 79 crew immortalized. It is now going on 2 weeks with no response from customer service. Out of curiosity I started reading reviews from other Disrupter Beam games, i.e. Game of Thrones, and Walking Dead. I know of the recent lay offs at Disrupter Beam, and I'm wondering if customer support is another name for the dead letter office?
