I'm still wary about trying to do more than thresholds in a galaxy when I can't play on Monday. Mirror Troi may not have been that highly a desirable card but I still dropped from the mid 600's to 1079 in the final 15 minutes of the event.
You misunderstood me. I was saying she was a desirable card. Not as much as Honey Bare, but definitely there were a lot of people in my own fleets who were very gung-ho about getting her, nonetheless. And I was saying that that kind of drop is almost to be expected in that sort of circumstance. But I was also guessing that it won't be quite as precipitous a drop this next weekend, because Mirror "Prophet" Sarek just doesn't have the same kind of appeal.

I agree I thought Troi was highly sought. Also agree about Sarek. Plus his stats are weak and his skills are very common

I believe the sniping towards the end of Galaxy events has diminished somewhat in recent times. I believe this is because the risk of not being able to collect VP on your super Rares is too high if you have connection issues towards event end.
I turn them in as I go. You’re not going to change your point total by waiting. There’s really now reason. And yes I know you’ll get a few thousand more points waiting for the phase to change but that’s really nothing when your points are in the millions
Sometimes -- spend lots on space missions just to farm Holoemitters, so that starbase donations don't get stuck.
This.
Ever since I've come into a continual surplus of chronitons, I just use them on inefficient missions (space battles) when farming for Galaxy items etc.
I'm trying to build up a stock of around 7 days worth of Holoemitters to be able to help the fleet out.
I try to immortalize most of my 5* crew if I can, otherwise I use my replicator fuel for those. I also use my chronitons on Supply Missions if I have enough chroniton stockpile.
How did you accrue or stockpile all of your chronitons?
I would like over 50k chroniton one day.
Voyages and levelling focused, aka sometimes taking a break for a week (like say when the event doesn´t interest) makes building up Chrons easy really (easy with some patience that is). Even more so these days where you can also double up the Chrons from the Cadet Challenges.
The numbers vary for everyone of us obviously, but let´s say you make an average of 500 Chrons a day with Voyages etc. and have most items for levelling prefarmed. In that case in around 100 days you would have your dream target of 50000...

Quoting you for the second time . You were right about not as big of a drop. I spent about 4k in chrons and a day to get to a low 300 rank and then quit playing. Finished a low 600 rank.
I just end up saving more chrons and farming faction store items (15 character farm at the moment). I don’t farm for Galaxy items ahead of time. It’s just as easy to grab them during the event with saved chrons and kits (granted this adds to my time in the event, but I’m not playing a ton of time anyways). I was #438 in this event (without playing past Sunday afternoon...and I usually don’t get to play Monday due to work), and unless you’re trying to finish top 25, #26 - #1000 all get one copy of the legendary. I look at that wide band of spots as essentially the same with minor variations.

Wow. You have over 47k chronitons. Did you get any suggestions that you hacked an account or brought an account?
How did you accrue or stockpile all of your chronitons? Did you purchase the "Plunder the Galaxy" offers or the "Chroniton Bonus" offers?
I had over 20k chronitons and people accused me over hacking and buying an account.
