The main STT server has been going for more than two years. We have an experienced group of regulars, and plenty of newer players as well as a library of indispensable player-created resources as well as our helpful bots. We're always happy to see new faces!
The STT community occupies quite a few general spaces in addition to all the various fleet chats out there. I don't believe in competition, and we're a better community the more people are out there talking, sharing advice and making friends. Best of luck to Diablo on his burgeoning community.

In an odd way, I would prefer DB to simply get rid of its Chat, IF AND ONLY IF such streamlining would lead to better UI’s for gameplay.
