Is there some time trigger on Ads?

As title said, is there some timer on ads to trigger rewards? I ask because I am very tired of waiting through 10-30 ads to get single reward ar Dabo spin or something.

I only get reward if an ad is longer than 25 seconds, but I get lots of, and I really mean lots of, that last for 15 seconds and there is nothing happening after them.

I have to see another, and another, and another.... I now resorts to ending such ads so I can get some longer ones...

    No, it's just buggy sometimes. More and more lately, as a matter of fact — at least for me.
