    Hard to give any real meaningful advice without other info, but...

    Karr is pretty worthless IMO, for the other two it probably comes down to what you need. In general I'd say go with Kurak as SCI and especially a SCI Klingon are rarer than DIP.

    EDIT: I see I missed your second post while I was typing. If you're lacking in SCI I'd definitely lean Kurak.

    Kurak comes in handy with Klingon events

    Sorry I didn't notice earlier. I would recommend in such situations to go with one of the Klingons. They show up more often in events.

    Kurak was a good choice. Although I have since frozen her due to having immortalized some 5*s with similar skills, she was a solid SCI/ENG shuttle crew and should do well for you.
