Problems with Crew Roster

I have noticed during this Faction Event that when I am assigning crew to shuttles, some of my immortalized crew are missing. They are in their quarters for away team missions, but for some reason, they disappear for the roster for shuttle assignments. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I'd like to see where all my crew are. As captain i believe i should. Bringing up my crew roster should include everyone whether on voyage or shuttle or vaulted and not be limited to available crew atm.

The OP was referring to what crew are seen in the screen when you are assigning crew to a shuttle mission - are you saying when you are in that same screen, you would like to see the crew you have that are not available to be assigned to a shuttle mission?
