Ships shooting through cloak

Sisko's Self-Sealing Stembolaya [FF]

I just had two Arena battles in a row, both against the T’Ong, and as soon as I activated my cloak, their burst damage activated after and instantly killed my ship. I don’t know if there’s a bug or something. Thought I’d mention it
