Is quadrilateral pack giving Captain La Forge?

Hey guys,
I posted a possible bug in engineering, but no one is responding so asking here. I bought about 15 packs of the Quadrilateral special pack in hopes of getting a la forge to finish mine. I received no la forge, (actually no 5* units at all in any of the packs). This could be junk RNG, but after the Musketeer la forge mess a bit ago, I just want to be sure. Did anyone open one of the recently brought back Quadrilateral packs and get La Forge?
