5*'s Don'r Drop In The Practice & Skill Pack

Tuesday while they were upgrading I bought 7 of the Practice and Skill Packs. Not a single 5* dropped. I got 4 Nexus Kirks and 3 Captain Janeways. Does anyone have a similar experience?
