Despite how the galaxy event part error was handled, this outages was swiftly handled in a satisfactory manner. My voyage was about to fail, but the game came back quick enough for me to recall.
So i'm happy.

Only a minor gripe - In the message, DB said the issue was caused by a hardware issue at one of their service providers. That’s all well and good, but most of the game could be said to be dependant on service providers (AWS?). DB pick these providers and I’m sure they have SLA’s. DB have ultimate responsibility over what providers are used, and can (should) switch if there are repeated problems. I just don’t want “our providers” becoming an excuse.
Overall though, a quick and fair response, thank you!
