    I thought it was my, um, "not-home" internet connection that was preventing my ability to access the game. Glad to hear it was a DB hardware issue instead! ;)

    Still nada on the compensation on this end. Not motivated enough for a ticket, so keeping the wallet closed for anohter month or three.....
