Where can requisition shuttle tokens be found in the inventory screen?
They are not In inventory but a currency. Open the faction screen and look at the upper right.
Just wondering if these will carry over from event to event and if there is any way to track other than in the screen you mentioned.
They're not specific to this event or any event. You can even use them during the week if you wish. So yes, they'll still be there whenever you wish to use them.
And no, you can't track them anywhere but in the shuttle bay — but is that so much of a hassle? That's the only place you're going to be using them, after all.
