It's tempting but when compared to the 10x10 offer ($13.99 CDN), I'd basically be paying $14 for the dilithium, which doesn't seem like good value to me.
The 10x10 offer has a new name, and it's now one time only. They are indeed aggressively increasing monetization across the board, if anyone is still in doubt. I'm not going to tell anyone how to interpret it but I wouldn't say it's a good sign.
I was tempted briefly and then remembered that I'm still mad that some got a free Data at sub 1500 rank while I didn't.

The 10x10 offer has always been like this. The "do it twice" 10x10 deal that everyone gets at the same time is a more recent thing.
