elusive treasures locked on facebook

This is weird. The Elusive Treasures special offer (with the 24 hour timer) is locked on my facebook. I've been able to purchase offers on facebook before, and the regular Dilithium shop isn't closed to me.

I also play on phone, all offers are open to me there.

What could be wrong?

Facebook is having various issues today, this could be the reason.

@Shan It’s locked on iOS devices as well. I have been trying all day and it remains locked.

Not locked for me on iOS. Have you tried from more than one network?

Last time i had locked offers on my iOS devices...a toal shutdown/restart of the device, did the trick.
