2* Synthehol drops from some of the new Distress Call missions. Prior to this update, only 4* and 5* Synthehol existed and both were crafted items. The 2* version is being listed in-game if you select "Components" in the inventory.
I assume this is some kind of error? Components never have craftable versions and never reach 5*.
As of yet, the 2* version is unused in the game.
