Let fleet leader change squad leaders

Please let me as fleet leader change the leaders of the fleets squad.
when the squad leader is absent and hasn't passed on squad lead the squad is forced to disband and refound. since the squad rank is logged for a few month that would be lost. that would be a shame.
so it would be great to be able for me as fleet leader to pass on the squad lead to another member of the squad so they can play the event and have a shared crew.
