"Empty Vessel" Mission Rewards changed for the worse

Not sure if this is was on purpose or a bug, but one of the standard rewards for the "Empty Vessel" ship battle mission on epic (https://stt.wiki/wiki/Empty_Vessel) changed from a Authorization Code (***), a popular leveling item used by large amounts of crew, to a Hand Scanner (*), used by almost no crew. This happened with the latest update that added the 2 new missions to the Infinity distress signal.

I believe it was moved to Zora's Invitation on elite. I see it there.
I agree, changing the placement stinks since during skirmishes you could rack up a ton trying to gain Intel. This was probably the reason, very sneaky DB.

I suspect the change was intentional, because it's not just the one item that was changed - all rewards for all three levels of Empty Vessel were changed. They used to be identical to Zora's Invitation, now they're not. Still would've been nice if we were warned about that somewhere, I don't recall ever seeing note of it.

Having another Bloodwine location is nice, so while the location is no longer as attractive for farming DSC items during a skirmish for Intel, it's not as terrible as it could've been.
