Starbase rooms

I agree with the addition of the replicator rooms for fleets who need it.

Is there any merit in a starbase room that will result in a purple portal pull?
It would in the same way as a replicator room (in game message to all fleet members) but contains a purple portal pull?

I am anticipating that a lot of starbase donations would probably be required, and some may argue that it is too much for a starbase room... But I personally would like it

Sounds good to me. It may result in a lot of arguing about which room should be recommended, though. And it could delay the leveling of the starbase.

Would still like to see rooms that upgrade ship abilities, maybe something like 1% - 5% attack, shields, hull, anti-matter, etc (as examples).....
