Refresh begolds, but a new reason

I have seen many suggestions for a "refresh" on beholds due to all immortalized purple pulls, but with DBs present paradigm there is another reason: I do not want any more 1/5s from portals. There are so many legendary cards and DB puts out two new ones a week (vs. 1 super rare). If I get a 1/5 it is likely to be a long time before I see another pull of the same 1/5. I am VIP 14 and I have my limit of them. I am not buying crew slots to house more 1/5 I will probably never upgrade. To solve this, give folks one free refresh on begolds. It doubles the chance to upgrade a card you already have. Even better, let people buy more chances like with dabo. You will make a mint.
