Demora Sulu's equipment needs

Just checking that Demora's equipment list is right. So far have had to equip 3x 4* Demora Sulu's Communicator at lvl 53, 63 and 76. Also there is no 3* version of this to equip?

Is it normal to have 3 of the exact same, character unique, 4* equipment? Especially for a 4* character.

    I haven't started working on her as I have a backlog of 4* and 5* from the honor offer, but you often need multiple copies of an item working through the levels. Normally you'll have to build something, then 20 levels later you have to build it again as part of a larger recipe, and 20 levels after that, same again. It's a pain when you have the hard to find components or ones only from factions. I usually burn replicator usage then!

    @mejoyh I FE'd her quite easily. As you pointed out the communicator was recurrent, but I think it was the only thing complicated to build and needing replication. Did it over 2 days to get her to 3/4 level 100
